Affordable House Company is fully licenced and insured for demolition and ensure all our personnel are appropriately trained and qualified to undertake each project. We aim to continually improve these qualifications to ensure that our personnel are up to date with the latest industry knowledge. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide professional demolition services to all our clients.

As part of this service our highly skilled team:

• Works with the client to develop demolition strategies to suit each individual project
• Develops site specific Safe Work Method Statements

• Provides all other documentation as required by the client including Project Quality Plans, Recycling Management Plans and Traffic Management Plans
• Ensures the project is completed within the client’s timeframe by utilising our own equipment and various other resources at our disposal
• Monitors each project to ensure all National Codes of Practice, Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and international standards are followed
• Endeavours to salvage and recycle 90% of all demolition waste generated onsite
• Provides all job documentation and reports as required on completion
